What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering comprehensive, continuous care across the full spectrum of life — from newborns to seniors — with empathy and clinical precision.
• Managing a broad panel of patients presenting with chronic illness, preventive care needs, acute concerns, and behavioral health challenges.
• Performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, and crafting individualized care plans that reflect each patient's unique goals.
• Partnering closely with care coordinators, behavioral health clinicians, and specialist colleagues to deliver truly integrated, whole-person care.
• Contributing to quality improvement efforts designed to elevate both patient outcomes and the day-to-day experience of the care team.
• Maintaining thorough, timely documentation through a modern electronic medical records platform with strong administrative support.
• Seeing patients both in the clinic and via telehealth to ensure access, flexibility, and continuity across the care relationship.

Education

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active board eligibility).
• Active Minnesota medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
