Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient's unique functional challenges and craft targeted treatment strategies aimed at restoring their independence and daily quality of life
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply current, research-supported therapeutic techniques to address motor function, cognitive performance, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver cohesive, whole-person rehabilitation
• Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their support networks through therapeutic techniques and home programs that reinforce in-clinic progress
• Track Progress and Refine Plans: Monitor outcomes, document clinical development, and adapt treatment approaches to keep every patient moving toward their goals

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing professional development and post-graduate certifications actively supported

Certifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
