Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a well-established anesthesia team in a community hospital setting located in the Midwest region of the United States. This role involves providing personalized anesthesia care across a variety of patient types, from pediatrics to geriatrics, in a supportive team environment that values autonomy and collaboration.

Department Overview: The anesthesia practice covers multiple regional communities and offers a diverse case mix including joint programs, robotics, endoscopy, pulmonary, and cath lab procedures. The team consists of experienced CRNAs and anesthesiologists working together to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
• Perform anesthesia-related procedures under anesthesiologist supervision
• Request and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
• Provide sedation and cardiopulmonary resuscitation management
• Monitor patients using invasive and noninvasive techniques
• Manage post-anesthesia care and discharge

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
• Eligible for medical malpractice insurance as required by state regulations

Licensure and Certifications:

• Current registered nurse licensure in the applicable state
• Compliance with all relevant state statutory and regulatory requirements
