Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home exercises
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Accurately document patient progress in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical skills with a dedication to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to new settings and work independently
