Job Summary: Provide essential support to patients, healthcare associates, and physicians by accurately and courteously collecting laboratory specimens. Perform related lab duties with professionalism and competence to ensure timely and precise results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy in specimen collection and handling.
• Properly identify patients and maintain quality assurance and quality control standards.
• Comply with all regulatory agency guidelines and protocols.
• Manage workload efficiently and address outstanding specimen reports.
• Assist with problem resolution and maintain productivity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program or relevant post-medical training is necessary.
• At least one year of phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Work Schedule: Varied shifts with part-time hours totaling approximately 24 per week.

This position is located in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States.
