Join a dynamic healthcare team as a full-time Radiology Technologist at Immediate Care Centers serving the Midwest region. This role requires a licensed Radiology Technologist with a passion for patient care and diagnostic imaging. You will collaborate closely with physicians and advanced providers to assist patients presenting with minor illnesses or injuries, ensuring high-quality episodic care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage patient registration and discharge processes, including insurance verification and accurate coding.
• Prepare patients for examinations based on their chief complaints.
• Communicate urgent patient arrivals promptly to nursing staff and providers.
• Collect and document patient data in electronic medical records following clinic policies.
• Schedule diagnostic procedures and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Perform diagnostic imaging adhering to radiation safety standards and established protocols.
• Operate and troubleshoot radiology equipment effectively.
• Administer medications as directed and maintain compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
• Order and manage clinic supplies efficiently.

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a Limited or Associate Degree Radiology Technologist program; Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in medical terminology, procedural and diagnostic coding.
• Computer literacy essential.
• Basic Life Support certification preferred, can be obtained upon hire.
• Tuberculin Screening Tester Certification preferred, can be obtained upon hire.
• Minimum one year experience in a medical office setting such as Family Medicine, Orthopedics, or Immediate Care.

Licensure:
• Must hold a valid Radiology Technologist license from the appropriate state health department.
