Job Summary: Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a supportive environment that upholds professional nursing standards and fosters relationship-based care. This role follows guidelines rooted in the ANA Code of Ethics, regional Nurse Practice Acts, and evidence-based nursing processes to deliver exceptional care in acute settings including labor and delivery, surgical units, emergency departments, intensive care, pediatrics, and more.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain expertise in clinical skills and apply evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and workplace efficiency.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent experience with at least five years in acute care if from a non-accredited program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required within five years of hire; enrollment in an accelerated MSN program is acceptable.
• Completion and maintenance of area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty credentials.

Licensure and Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in accordance with regional nursing board requirements.

Work Shift: Night shift, 36 hours per week.
