Job Summary: Join a compassionate clinical team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and health management. This role involves supporting healthcare providers by performing a variety of clinical and administrative tasks tailored to the needs of the practice.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk patients. Deliver care aligned with established standards and guidelines.
• Manage patient interactions efficiently, including answering calls, triaging, and offering reassurance and clear instructions.
• Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs such as weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate, as well as documenting medical history and chief complaints.
• Observe and communicate abnormal patient signs to physicians, ensuring accurate documentation in medical records.
• Assist physicians with testing, treatments, minor surgeries, and physical exams, including applying splints and dressings, administering medications, and managing sample medication logs.
• Coordinate patient testing, referrals, and follow-up communications, ensuring patients understand physician instructions and treatment plans.
• Perform laboratory tests and maintain laboratory logs as prescribed.
• Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, ensuring cleanliness, and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support clinical operations.

Education and Experience Required:

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant Program or an accredited Nursing Program.

Work Shift:

Day shift, full-time (40 hours per week).
