Job Summary: Provide compassionate clinical support and assist in delivering quality patient care within a dynamic healthcare setting. Responsibilities vary daily based on practice needs, ensuring flexible and responsive patient management.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk patients. Provide reassurance, education, and clear guidance to patients.
• Facilitate efficient healthcare delivery during patient visits by preparing patients for examination, obtaining vital signs, and documenting medical records accurately and promptly.
• Assist physicians with testing, treatments, minor surgeries, and physical exams, including applying splints, dressings, and managing sample medications and logs.
• Coordinate patient testing, referrals, and follow-up communications, ensuring patients understand physician instructions and treatment plans.
• Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, and ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and equipment.

Education and Experience Required:

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing program is required.

Work Shift:

8:00am – 5:00pm, part-time as needed.

This position is located in a regional healthcare facility serving the Midwest area of the United States.
