Job Summary: Ensure patient, physician, and team needs are met by expertly preparing, processing, screening, and reporting cytology, FNA, and histology specimens. Deliver accurate, timely, and courteous laboratory test results with professionalism and competence.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain high accuracy in all specimen handling and reporting.
• Perform quality control and maintenance tasks diligently.
• Comply with all regulatory agency guidelines.
• Manage workload, process reports, and maintain files efficiently.
• Resolve problems promptly and effectively.
• Maintain productivity standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in cytology.

Mandatory Licensure/Certifications: Certified Cytologist with ASCP or equivalent regulatory agency certification.

Work Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm (regional United States).

Scheduled Weekly Hours: Variable, PRN (as needed).
