Job Summary: This role is dedicated to ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in line with healthcare standards and infection control protocols. The associate will play a vital part in maintaining hygiene and safety across various hospital areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned spaces.
• Clean and disinfect operating rooms and communal areas thoroughly.
• Operate and care for cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly.
• Properly handle, separate, and dispose of both regular and biohazardous waste.
• Adhere strictly to infection prevention, safety, and institutional policies.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently to fulfill department goals.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Previous experience in a related cleaning or support role is advantageous.
• Certification as a Surgical Cleaning Technician is a plus.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience recommended.

Work Schedule: Full-time, first shift (8 AM - 4 PM), with weekend and holiday rotations required.
