Key Responsibilities:

• Manage catering events from planning through execution, ensuring flawless delivery and top-tier hospitality using electronic tracking systems.
• Maintain food quality and safety standards in compliance with regional food codes, including attractive plating and garnishing of all food items.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stocking of catering supplies and pantry items, utilizing databases for accurate record-keeping and pricing updates.
• Research and develop catering menus and recipes, coordinating with vendors and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Support daily beverage break setups and assist in various departmental areas during downtime.
• Prepare and cook a variety of foods for patients, cafeteria, and special diets using commercial kitchen equipment, following recipes and portion guidelines.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.

Education and Certification:

No formal certification required; however, experience in food service or nutrition is beneficial.
