Job Summary: Join a dedicated healthcare team providing compassionate pediatric nursing care in a clinical setting within the Midwest region. This role involves supporting patient care management and assisting healthcare providers to ensure excellent service delivery.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Deliver direct and delegated patient care, maintaining awareness of normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk patients.
2. Provide care aligned with established standards and guidelines, including responding to patient inquiries and offering reassurance and education.
3. Facilitate efficient healthcare delivery by managing medical records, preparing patients for examinations, and obtaining vital signs and medical histories.
4. Monitor patients for abnormal symptoms, communicate findings to physicians, and document all observations accurately.
5. Assist with testing, treatments, and minor procedures under physician supervision, including applying splints, managing medication samples, and coordinating referrals.
6. Ensure patient understanding of discharge instructions and provide educational materials to support treatment adherence.
7. Maintain clinical supplies and equipment, ensuring exam rooms are clean, organized, and properly stocked.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma from an accredited institution.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Licensure and Certifications:
- Must hold a valid nursing license in the state of Indiana.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time, first shift, 40 hours per week.
