Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a respected anesthesia team in a community hospital setting located in the Midwest region of the United States. This role involves providing personalized anesthesia care across a variety of patient types, from pediatrics to geriatrics, in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Department Overview: The anesthesia practice is well-established, covering multiple regional communities with a growing network. The team values autonomy, teamwork, and excellent patient outcomes, focusing on common procedures such as joint programs, robotics, endoscopy, pulmonary, and cath lab cases. Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-operative patient assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care including epidurals, caudals, nerve blocks, and sedation techniques.
• Perform anesthesia-related procedures under anesthesiologist supervision.
• Manage cardiopulmonary resuscitation and invasive/noninvasive monitoring.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and discharge instructions.
• Request and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
• Eligible for medical malpractice insurance as required by regional regulations.

Licensure and Certifications:

• Current registered nurse licensure valid in the applicable state.
• Compliance with all relevant state statutory and regulatory requirements.

Work Schedule: Varied shifts with options for full-time or part-time, including 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts. The practice uses the Epic EMR system and offers a supportive PA office and OR team.
