Key Responsibilities:

• Perform floor care including top scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing various floor types using specialized equipment.
• Conduct detailed cleaning tasks such as edges, baseboards, doors, and transition strips to ensure a polished appearance.
• Manage supply inventories and place orders for cleaning materials and other necessary items.
• Inspect assigned areas to maintain high cleanliness standards and report any needed repairs.
• Assist with window washing, carpet cleaning, and light fixture maintenance.
• Support housekeeping and laundry duties, including equipment maintenance and proper chemical use.
• Adhere to departmental standards and participate in training and meetings to enhance performance.
• Demonstrate excellent guest relations by showing courtesy, compassion, and respect in all interactions.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including reporting any concerns related to abuse or safety.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy for all patients and staff.

Education and Experience:
