Job Summary: Join a dedicated clinical team providing compassionate healthcare and patient management in a pediatric physician office setting. Your daily duties will adapt to the evolving needs of the practice, ensuring excellent patient care and support.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Deliver direct and delegated patient care, maintaining awareness of normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk patients.
2. Provide care aligned with established standards and guidelines, including telephone triage and patient reassurance with clear, accurate education.
3. Facilitate smooth healthcare delivery during patient visits by managing medical records, preparing patients for exams, and collecting vital signs and medical histories.
4. Monitor patients for abnormal symptoms, communicate findings to physicians, and document all observations thoroughly.
5. Support physicians with testing, treatments, minor surgeries, and physical exams, including applying splints, administering medications, and managing referrals.
6. Ensure all patient care areas are well-stocked, clean, and organized, maintaining sterile instruments and functional equipment.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Licensure and Certifications:
- Must hold a valid nursing license in the applicable state.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time, daytime hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
