Job Summary: Join a dedicated healthcare team providing compassionate patient care in a clinical setting. This role supports healthcare delivery and patient management with flexibility to meet the evolving needs of the practice.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk patients. Provide reassurance, education, and clear guidance to patients.
• Ensure smooth healthcare service flow during patient visits by preparing patients for exams, obtaining vital signs and medical histories, and accurately documenting all information in electronic medical records.
• Assist physicians with testing, treatments, minor surgeries, and physical exams. Manage medication samples and logs, coordinate referrals and testing, and communicate test results to patients.
• Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, and ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and equipment.
• Perform laboratory tests and maintain lab logs as prescribed. Support patient understanding of treatment plans and medication usage.

Education and Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing program is required.
• Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience in a Medical Assistant role.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 7:30am – 4:30pm, 40 hours per week.
