Job Summary: Deliver a welcoming and professional presence by maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment across healthcare facilities in the Midwest region. This role supports patients, staff, visitors, and vendors by performing essential non-clinical duties with care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform floor care including top scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing to achieve a high-gloss finish using specialized equipment.
• Conduct detailed cleaning tasks such as edges, baseboards, doors, and transition strips.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies including paper products, cleaning agents, and paint.
• Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed.
• Perform window washing, carpet cleaning, and light fixture maintenance.
• Maintain and clean assigned equipment, reporting any repair needs promptly.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and disaster response policies.
• Support team goals through cooperation, communication, and initiative.
• Demonstrate hospitality and respect in all interactions.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a related support services or maintenance role is advantageous.

• Willingness to work the 5:00pm to 1:00am shift.
