Key Responsibilities:
- Perform floor care including top scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing floors to a high gloss using specialized equipment.
- Conduct detailed cleaning of edges, baseboards, doors, and transition strips.
- Manage supply inventories and place orders for cleaning and maintenance materials.
- Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Assist with window washing, carpet cleaning, furniture movement, and light fixture maintenance.
- Maintain and clean assigned equipment, reporting any needed repairs promptly.
- Follow department standards and legal/regulatory compliance, including confidentiality and safety policies.
- Demonstrate excellent guest relations through courteous and respectful interactions.
- Support teamwork by collaborating with peers, offering assistance, and communicating effectively.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a related support services or maintenance role is advantageous.

This position operates during the evening shift from 5:00pm to 1:00am, providing a vital service to the healthcare environment in the Midwest region.
