Job Summary: Join a dedicated clinical team providing compassionate healthcare and patient management in a busy practice setting. Your daily tasks will adapt to meet the evolving needs of the clinic, ensuring excellent patient care and smooth operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care and support through delegation, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk patients. Provide reassurance, clear education, and guidance to patients.
• Facilitate efficient healthcare delivery during patient visits by preparing patients for exams, obtaining vital signs and medical histories, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date medical records.
• Assist physicians with testing, treatments, minor procedures, and medication management, including applying splints, administering immunizations, and managing sample medications and logs.
• Coordinate patient testing, referrals, and follow-up communications, ensuring patients understand physician instructions and treatment plans.
• Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, and ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and equipment.
• Perform laboratory tests and maintain lab logs as prescribed.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support clinical operations.

Education and Experience Required:

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Program.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, full-time (40 hours per week).

This position is located in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States.
