What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments of patients' speech and language conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans involving patients and their families.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families about treatment progress and goals.
• Coordinate and assist with patient discharge planning from therapy services.
• Supervise clinical fellows, students, and support personnel to foster professional development.

Education

Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.

Licenses & Certifications

• Current licensure with the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 60 days of hire.
