You will also provide non-emergency patient transportation within the regional healthcare network.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Basic literacy skills to read, write, and follow directions are necessary.

Experience

At least one year of experience in a service-related field is required, with a preference for healthcare or public transportation experience. Strong customer service skills are essential.

Requirements

• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and annual driver’s exam.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Mental acuity to follow written and verbal instructions and learn transportation policies.
• Annual physical and eye examinations.

Working Conditions

This position may involve extended periods of standing, walking, or sitting in a vehicle. You will interact with outpatients and occasionally encounter challenging conditions during transportation duties.
