Join a dynamic healthcare IT team as an Epic Analyst with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) background, supporting the implementation and maintenance of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. This full-time role involves collaborating closely with clinical, business, and IT staff to analyze workflows, configure Epic applications, and troubleshoot user issues. You will play a key role in enhancing system functionality, testing upgrades, and delivering innovative solutions to improve healthcare services.

Education: A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy is required.

Experience: Oncology experience is preferred, along with familiarity using Epic systems. Prior work in healthcare IT or EMR support, training, build, or configuration is advantageous. Strong skills in data analysis, including use of Excel, SQL, or Tableau, are highly valued.

Requirements: Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Certifications or proficiencies in Epic modules such as Ambulatory, Clin Doc, Orders, Willow, or Beacon are preferred. The role may require occasional work outside regular hours and involves some physical activity such as standing, walking, and moderate lifting.
