Role Responsibilities

• Deliver full-spectrum, continuous care to patients across all age groups, from early childhood through senior years.

• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and craft individualized care plans tailored to each patient's goals.
• Partner closely with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and consulting providers to deliver seamlessly integrated care.
• Actively contribute to quality improvement efforts and value-based care initiatives that elevate outcomes across the patient panel.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Provide care through both in-person visits and telehealth encounters to meet patients where they are.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active pursuit of certification).
• Active Missouri medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
