Job Description

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies to help them reach their functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with Other Professionals: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver well-rounded, holistic care
• Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and their caregivers on therapy processes to ensure steady progress at home
• Assess and Record Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify therapy approaches as necessary to keep patients on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
