Job Description

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough assessments and craft goal-oriented therapy programs tailored to each patient's functional needs and personal aspirations
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven therapeutic techniques to improve patients' fine motor abilities, cognitive function, and performance in activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver integrated, whole-person care
• Educate and Empower: Provide hands-on instruction to patients and their families, equipping them with the tools and techniques needed to sustain progress beyond the clinic
• Track Outcomes and Refine Care: Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress, adjust treatment approaches proactively, and contribute to quality improvement efforts

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential in good standing
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
