Description

• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, safe discharge planning, and customized home exercise programming
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in alignment with facility protocols and state and federal regulations

Education

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent accredited degree from a recognized physical therapy program

Certifications
