About the Role

As an Associate Physical Therapist Assistant, you will implement treatment plans developed by supervising therapists, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities. You will monitor patient responses, communicate progress and potential goal adjustments, and document all services and outcomes. Educating patients and their families about deficits and assisting with discharge planning are key components of this role. Additionally, you will provide guidance on adaptive equipment and community support resources.

Education and Credentials

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or related field required
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy Assistant license valid in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
