About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will develop personalized treatment plans aimed at maximizing patient recovery and independence through therapeutic exercises and the use of prosthetic or orthotic devices. You will collaborate closely with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members, communicate patient progress, and educate families and nursing staff on follow-through care. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment and adhering to professional and regulatory standards are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license valid in the state where services are provided
• CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience

Experience in a fast-paced outpatient rehabilitation setting is beneficial but not required. Enthusiasm for learning and teamwork is highly valued.
