Join a dynamic healthcare team in the heart of the Midwest region, where your leadership will directly impact patient care and clinic operations. As an Administrative Clinic Manager, you will oversee daily management and clinical operations of assigned clinics, working closely with providers and supervising clinical and office staff. Your role includes developing and implementing quality improvement plans, collaborating with quality assurance professionals to meet regulatory standards, and managing budgets to ensure financial efficiency. You will also lead policy development, staff orientation, competency validation, and ongoing training to foster a professional and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.
Education: A bachelor's degree or higher in Management or Business Administration is preferred. Alternatively, a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) degree is acceptable. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3-4 years in healthcare, with management experience highly favored. Familiarity with operational and strategic aspects of physician practices is a plus.
Requirements: Current LPN or RN license applicable to the region, a valid driver's license, and Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association are required. The role demands strong mental focus, multitasking abilities, stress management, and effective teamwork. Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, and occasional lifting. You will engage with community agencies, patients, providers, and internal staff in a typical medical clinic setting, ensuring compliance with regulations such as OSHA, HIPAA, CMS, and Joint Commission standards. Staying informed on Rural Health Clinic regulations and quality reporting systems is essential.
