About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will implement treatment plans developed by supervising therapists, utilizing appropriate modalities to support patient progress. You will monitor patient responses, communicate updates and potential goal adjustments, document services and outcomes, and educate patients and their families on care and adaptive equipment. Additionally, you will assist with discharge planning and provide guidance on community support resources.

Education & Experience

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or related field required
• Graduation from an accredited PTA program
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
