General Summary

The Finance Information Systems Analyst develops and manages business processes and workflows within Workday finance modules to address current and emerging organizational needs. This position ensures system integrity through regular checks and compliance verifications aligned with internal and external reporting standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and administer finance-related workflows in Workday to optimize operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Conduct system integrity audits and verify accuracy of business processes within Workday finance applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain compatibility and accuracy of integrated systems and processes.
• Update and maintain operational guides and training materials; provide instructional support as needed.
• Offer additional support to other finance functional areas to ensure smooth operations.

Education

A bachelor's degree in any field is required, with a preference for accounting or business-related disciplines.

Experience

Minimum of one year experience in Accounts Payable, Payroll, or Accrual Accounting is necessary. Prior experience with Workday is preferred.
