Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily hygiene including bathing, hair care, oral hygiene, and grooming.
• Provide skin care and take precautions to prevent skin breakdown.
• Support physical activities such as repositioning, ambulation, range of motion exercises, and transfers.
• Help meet nutritional needs by preparing patients for meals, assisting with feeding, and monitoring dietary restrictions.
• Collect specimens, perform vital signs, and document intake and output accurately.
• Perform technical nursing procedures within credentialed scope, including oxygen therapy, catheter insertion/removal, intravenous therapy discontinuation, suctioning, dressing changes, wound care, injections, and NG tube maintenance.
• Conduct patient assessments and collaborate closely with primary nurses.
• Educate patients and families alongside nursing staff.
• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of all patient care activities.

Education

Currently enrolled in a nursing program or completed nursing education without meeting licensing requirements.

Experience

This is an entry-level position; no prior experience is required.
