Join a dynamic healthcare team in the Midwest region as an Oncology Services Manager, overseeing clinical and operational functions within infusion and medical oncology clinics. This leadership role involves collaboration with oncology providers and multiple departments to ensure exceptional patient care and efficient clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage capital and operational budgets, reviewing financial statements to promote fiscal responsibility.
• Create and update department policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
• Drive process improvements and coordinate staff orientation and competency validation.
• Conduct annual employee evaluations and manage hiring processes.
• Serve as the Medical Oncology EMR super-user, providing ongoing support and training.
• Plan staff development, continuing education, and foster a supportive environment for patients, families, providers, and staff.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, attendance monitoring, and leave approvals.
• Enhance patient experience and employee engagement through continuous quality assurance and safety standards.
• Maintain accountability, adaptability, and professionalism in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Education

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required. A bachelor's degree in a health-related field is mandatory.

Experience

At least five years of nursing experience with a minimum of two years in clinical nursing leadership is essential. Experience spanning both hospital and clinic settings is preferred. Strong computer skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication abilities are necessary.

Certifications and Licenses

• Current RN license valid in a Compact state.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) is preferred.

Physical and Mental Requirements
