What You'll Do:

Provide Comprehensive Patient Care:

• Conduct thorough physical exams, assess patient symptoms, and diagnose medical conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood work, imaging, and other relevant screenings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
• Prescribe medications, therapies, and interventions to help manage both acute and chronic health conditions
• Ensure continuity of care through effective disease management, monitoring patient health over time

Educate and Support Patients:

• Provide patients and their families with education on health conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle changes
• Offer preventive care services like health screenings, immunizations, and wellness check-ups
• Guide patients on strategies for long-term health maintenance, nutrition, and self-care

Collaborate with Healthcare Teams:

• Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Participate in case discussions and provide valuable insights for patient management
• Mentor and support nursing staff and other healthcare team members

Monitor and Track Progress:

• Regularly assess patients’ responses to treatments, adjusting care plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in EHR systems
• Review patient feedback and advocate for care improvements as needed

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active Montana Nurse Practitioner license
• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, etc.)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred
• Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse (RN) is preferred
• Exceptional clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of health conditions
• Strong communication skills for effective patient interactions and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Ability to work independently while making sound clinical decisions
• A caring, empathetic, and patient-centered approach
