Responsibilities: Plan and deliver nursing care in line with established policies. Take on charge nurse duties as assigned, ensuring smooth unit operations. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written. Exhibit excellent organizational and leadership capabilities. Understand the physiological, psychosocial, developmental, and spiritual needs of ICU patients. Maintain keen observation skills and physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Be prepared for potential exposure to infectious materials.

Education and Certifications: Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
