We are seeking a dedicated Lead Child Care Teacher to foster a positive and engaging learning environment for young children. This role requires professionalism, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to creating a safe and nurturing space for children to grow and learn.

Education

At least one year of responsible classroom experience in a professional large child care center is required. Knowledge of child development stages, including physical, intellectual, emotional, and social characteristics of children from birth to five years old, as well as up to 12 years old for weekend care, is essential.

Experience

Experience working in a structured child care setting with familiarity of state child care regulations is necessary. The role involves various physical activities such as walking, standing, and lifting children and objects.

Requirements

Must be able to stand for at least 30 minutes and demonstrate clear, effective, and age-appropriate communication skills. Knowledge of state child care regulations is mandatory.

This position offers a variable part-time schedule and is located in a regional area of the Southeastern United States.
