We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to coordinate clinical office activities and support the Practice Manager in ensuring smooth patient flow and adequate staffing. Education and Certification

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required.

Experience

• Two to three years of experience as an LPN in a physician office or outpatient clinical setting.

Requirements and Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in learning and utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) within an outpatient environment.
• Physical demands include standing, stooping, kneeling, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to work under mental and physical stress while maintaining professionalism.
• Visual and auditory acuity necessary for patient observation and communication.
• Potential exposure to blood or other infectious materials requires adherence to safety protocols.
