• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and craft individualized care plans tailored to each patient's goals.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and consulting providers.
• Actively contribute to quality improvement efforts designed to elevate patient outcomes and streamline care delivery.
• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation using modern electronic medical record (EMR) platforms.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active board eligibility).
• Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
