Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health discipline—or an equivalent combination of education and certification preparation through ASCP or AMT pathways.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science required, or must be obtained within one year from the date of hire.
• Active certification must be maintained continuously throughout the duration of employment.
