Job Description

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique challenges and craft personalized therapy strategies aimed at maximizing functional independence and overall well-being
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply clinically proven techniques to improve patients' fine and gross motor abilities, cognitive function, and performance in daily living activities
• Partner with Interdisciplinary Care Teams: Collaborate seamlessly with fellow OTs, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure whole-person, integrated care
• Educate Patients and Their Support Networks: Empower families and caregivers with the knowledge and tools they need to reinforce therapeutic progress outside of clinical sessions
• Track Progress and Refine Approaches: Maintain thorough clinical documentation, evaluate outcomes regularly, and adapt treatment plans dynamically to keep every patient moving forward

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Certifications

• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
