What You Will Do

* Identify and source prospective healthcare candidates through MLR's proprietary platform and your personal network
 

* Initiate outreach to potential candidates, introducing them to MLR's opportunities and assessing their interest
 

* Schedule and coordinate appointments between qualified candidates and MLR's team of expert recruiters
 

* Nurture leads through consistent, thoughtful follow-up to keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process
 

* Keep candidate records organized and current within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn performance-based commission tied to meetings scheduled, interviews completed, and successful hires originating from your outreach

How Compensation Works
