What You Will Do

Own Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake conversation all the way through to a successful close. You drive the process — start to finish.

Act as a True Client Partner by developing a deep understanding of each client's hiring priorities, cultural DNA, and operational pain points. You are not an order taker. You are a strategic advisor.

Source Strategically using our proprietary CRM and ATS platform, combined with your existing network and our built-in communications tools — all designed to help you reach the right candidates faster.

Leverage Our Platform to manage candidate pipelines, track outreach activity, automate follow-up sequences, and keep your book of business running with clarity and precision.

Prioritize Permanent Placements that generate lasting value for your client partners and meaningful commission income for you.

Ideal Candidate

You bring two to three or more years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience and either a solid understanding of the healthcare landscape or a genuine eagerness to learn — because we are here to coach and invest in your growth. You are skilled at managing complex client relationships and guiding candidates through the offer process with confidence. You navigate ATS and CRM systems comfortably, and you bring an entrepreneurial mindset paired with a real desire to build something that lasts.
