• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to enhance patient outcomes.
• Facilitate education for patients and families to aid progress beyond the clinical setting.
• Participate in inpatient therapy assessments and interventions as needed, ensuring integrated care throughout the process.
• Keep detailed and precise documentation in compliance with applicable guidelines and standards.

Required Education

• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification remains unearned.

Desired Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within a month of employment.
