We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Coach Operator to join our team in a vibrant regional healthcare setting in the Southeastern United States. This full-time, day-shift role involves safely transporting passengers and equipment, ensuring comfort and security throughout the journey.

Education and Certifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• CPR certification and training in nonviolent crisis intervention must be completed.

Experience

• Minimum of five years of driving experience is essential.

Requirements and Skills

• Ability to read, write, and follow both written and verbal instructions effectively.
• Strong oral communication skills to interact with passengers and team members.
• Capability to load and unload passengers, secure wheelchairs, and handle other equipment safely.
• Some heavy lifting may be necessary.
• Excellent guest relations and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, flexibility, and the capacity to quickly assess situations and respond appropriately.
• Completion of mandatory competencies within the initial 90-day probationary period.
