Join a dynamic team as an Advanced Organizational Development Consultant, where you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to apply deep expertise in organizational development theories, tools, and evidence-based best practices. Your role will involve diagnosing opportunities and designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful interventions that enhance talent and leadership development programs aligned with enterprise-wide priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business leaders to assess organizational development needs and champion change management initiatives.
• Design tailored solutions addressing employee development, engagement, career growth, leadership advancement, succession planning, and performance management.
• Develop and implement multi-modal learning experiences grounded in adult learning and instructional design principles.
• Manage leadership development programs including facilitation, matriculation, follow-up, and evaluation.
• Facilitate leadership workshops and collect data to inform continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide coaching services to support developmental transitions and change.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Education

Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, Organizational Leadership, Strategic Leadership, Human Resources Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Certifications such as 360-degree appraisals, Coaching, DISC, EQ, or Gallup StrengthsFinder are preferred.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in talent development, organizational development, employee engagement, or performance consulting within a corporate environment is required. Experience in healthcare is a plus.

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data organization capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Deep knowledge of management principles, human resources development, organizational psychology, adult learning, instructional design, and coaching.
• Ability to facilitate learning across multiple audience levels and manage programs effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and executive presence with a proven track record in coaching and project management.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and manipulate equipment as needed. Flexibility in work hours and physical space is essential. Must have auditory and visual acuity to perform job functions effectively.
