Description

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations across inpatient or outpatient settings and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique goals and challenges
• Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions addressing mobility deficits, muscular strength, postural balance, and overall functional independence
• Work in close partnership with physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation specialists to coordinate and elevate patient outcomes
• Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and their families regarding therapy objectives, home exercise programs, and discharge expectations
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress in alignment with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Contribute actively to interdisciplinary team rounds and care conferences to ensure seamless, patient-centered care delivery

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a regionally accredited physical therapy program

Certifications
