Role Responsibilities

• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and craft individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and consulting physicians to deliver truly integrated care.

• Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) platforms.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active board eligibility).
• Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
