Responsibilities

• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work seamlessly with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide well-rounded, integrated patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families about therapy techniques to support progress outside the clinical setting
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment as necessary to ensure patients meet their rehabilitation goals

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Certifications Necessary

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
