What You’ll Do

* Leverage our innovative platform combined with your network to locate healthcare candidates
 

* Reach out to potential candidates, introducing them to MLR opportunities and assessing their interest
 

* Organize appointments between candidates and our recruiters for effective screening
 

* Keep in touch with leads to sustain their enthusiasm and facilitate the hiring journey
 

* Ensure accurate and current records within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and hires that result from your leads

What You Need to Succeed

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How You’ll Be Compensated

This role operates on a performance-driven, commission-only basis. That translates into no limits on your earning capabilities and no restrictions on your success!
